Niblock Home Tour
Well, since I am now out of school for the summer, I decided to go look at some houses with my grandfather, Bob Brooks who owns RE Brooks Realtors, my sister and my grandmother in their neighborhood Laruel Park. The homes were very impressive looking on the outside. I mean these weren’t just normal looking houses, these looked massive!!! Each had bonus rooms, large kitchens and spacious dining rooms.
House plans for two of the homes are below. We looked at another house, but I couldn’t find the house plan online. All the bedrooms are fair-sized as you can see below. The rec rooms are all big as you can also see. The first plan is my favorite. I love master bedrooms downstairs (and that’s not because it is the farthest place from my bedroom 
). The second house plan is not my favorite because of the upstairs master and the stairs to the game room. If you look at the game room, it has steps up to it and those were rather steep. There was also little storage in the second house. The first house had tons of storage.
